- Machine must not be a domain controller??
- User running the install must be an administrator on the machine and a domain user
- LANDesk Asset Lifecycle Manager server cannot be installed on the same server as a LANDesk Management Suite core
Console Requirements
- XP, Vista, Windows 2003, or Windows 2008 (only the 32-bit versions of these operating systems are supported)
- User that installs must have rights to copy files, but does not have to be administrator

*Note that you will now need to have two database containers when installing: one for the LANDesk Asset Lifecycle Management and another for the Avocent Management Platform. The database sa username and password are required for installation.
