Description: This course is designed for those who will use the LANDesk® Service Desk solution on a day-to-day basis.
Students will learn to log and progress incidents to a successful resolution, whether they are simple, one-step incidents, or ones that require the use of Problem and Change Management.
The course also introduces students to other parts of the LANDesk® Service Desk suite, including Impact and Configuration Management, Core Knowledge, and the LANDesk Service Desk Portal.
